$1,000/mo for 3 months

For senior ICs, team leads, and managers preparing for bigger leadership roles and challenges.

Founders

$1,499/mo for 3 months

For senior leaders, directors, VPs, and founders navigating high-stakes decisions and complex dynamics.

2× 90-min 1:1 coaching session per month
Email and text support between sessions with 24h response time
Priority scheduling
Personalized development plan with milestones.

Want ongoing support once you've completed 3 months with us? We can work on an individual session basis. The price per session is $150. There won't be an ongoing minimum requirement.
